CROSS COUNTRY SKIING LESSONS

An activity that combines sporting technique, physical fitness, and the joy of scenery. And for photography lovers, unique opportunities for special pictures.

DISCOVER THE MOUNTAIN

REDISCOVER CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING

Cross-country is a sport where effort and technique come together in elegant balanced movement.
A sport that activates the whole body, with the muscles moving fluidly rather than powerfully, elastic and full of energy.
It is a perfect cardiovascular exercise and an opportunity to discover uncontaminated landscapes, silence and nature.

PLAYING AND GLIDING OVER THE SNOW

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING AND CHILDREN

For children, a snowy mountain is a winter wonderland just waiting to be explored with calm and concentration. Cross-country skiing allows them to enjoy the landscape and the sounds of the forest, in a direct relationship with the environment and the soft snow, skiing on the flat at very low speed.

TECHNIQUE AND SENSITIVITY

STARTING CROSS COUNTRY SKIING

The lessons aim to teach and improve coordination skills and increase the sensitivity of the “feet”. The various exercises will be presented in the form of a game with the primary objective of enhancing the fun aspect.

Group lessons 2/4 children 1 hour and 30 minutes on classical technique and skating technique. In both techniques special attention will be paid to descent (on cross-country skis).

ADVANCED LEVEL

COMPETITION TECHNIQUE

For those wanting to make cross-country skiing their preferred sport, we offer lessons for refining technique (classical and skating) that aim to improve performance, with particular attention to competitive personalisation.

Technical preparation for the Skimarathon and the Frauenlauf includes the use of videos.
